Dark Raiden Casual

Even evil thunder-gods ought to have a comfortable outfit option, right? In all seriousness, this is just a fun little lead-up to the actual MK11 Dark Raiden build - he does have his MK11 hat here, too, though! (Other than the color scheme shift and the new hat, this is the same as my previous Casual Raiden.)
